We agree that “‘Inactivity is what’s killing us.'” With so much to keep us busy now a days having at least one hour a day for exercise seems like an impossibility. But even if it is 10 minutes, for a quick jog, any form of exercise is better than none! At Knuckle Bones we live by this idea of having exercise be a part of everyday, we encourage you, for fun, for play, but more importantly for your health to do the same!
